There was once this healthy man who did everything right in terms of healthy living. He exercised daily, and ate only nutritious food. But one day he died of a heart attack. Everyone was puzzled why. They knew he was in top shape and he didn’t smoke or drink alcohol or stayed up late. It turns out that he was unhappy, and he had anger problems.

Even if you eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly, if your head is filled with negative thoughts, and you’re angry all the time, your health will still suffer.
