Now this may seem too dark for your own good. But sometimes a bit of dark honesty is what we need to get through these times. Sometimes it is helpful to know that others feel this way. But despite all the darkness, remember there is a light.
Despite the bleakness of these states, you have hope. There is hope in acknowledging your current pain. If you can feel the pain and recognize its power over you, you can escape it. Own your darkness and depression and you will find a way out. Find support in everyone you meet. Take time to listen to yourself and light is on its way.
