New Year’s resolutions are fun and they sure can be motivating. But what if you are ready for a change and it’s July? Most of us would forget about our resolution by January. Even if we happened to remember we’d probably have lost the passion for our potential change. Why wait for the New Year?
There is no rule that says that we have to wait until the New Year to change our lives. Why not change now? Starting Monday? Keep your goals in sight by having a mini-New Year every Monday. What changes do you want to see in yourself? Start them at the beginning of each week. You’ll take some of the pressure off of January, and chances are you’ll achieve far more!
