Has worrying ever helped you–I mean really helped you? It may occupy your time and fill your thoughts, but it usually does little else to really improve your situation. It does not rid you of the troubles of tomorrow.
Instead, while you wasted the whole day worrying you’ve robbed your present of its strength. You’ve lost a little bit of power in the moment. Instead of worrying about what will come tomorrow, try to attend to the moments of today. Prepare for the next day while taking care of your current state. You’ll save yourself a lot of time while also making real progress through your troubles.
