There is very little benefit from worrying. Sure, a little bit of healthy stress motivates us to get work done, make goals, and better ourselves. But some worry is completely unnecessary. Not only are you spending energy on something ridiculous, you are also taking precious time, attention, and energy away from the good things in life.
